- Soak bird nest and white fungus separately in clean water for 4 – 6 hours, use toothpick or tweeze to clip out the substance from bird nest if any
- Then torn white fungus into pieces and torn bird nest fragment into small pieces according to the texture
- Put in clean water, white fungus into slow cooker or steaming pot for 30 minutes
- Continue put in bird nest and other ingredients into slow cooker or steaming pot and continue cooking 30 – 40 minutes
- 将干燕窝条和雪耳分开用纯净水浸泡4-6个小时, 用小摄子轻轻将浮起的小燕毛夹出
- 将雪耳和燕窝按纹理小心撕成细条
- 将雪耳倒入炖盅内, 隔水以文火炖30分钟。
- 将燕窝倒入炖盅内, 加入茨实,蔗糖,继续以文火炖30 - 40个分钟即可。
