Packages are shipped via reliable courier services with a traceable link to trace your package online. Customer can monitor the delivery status online.
Special care is taken to protect fragile objects with proper wrapping material to minimise damages during handling and shipping such as boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return Policy
All products sold are replaceable with solid reason within 3 days after received. We carefully inspect the product before delivering to customers. If suspicious defect found on the packaging that you receive or we send you wrong item, you can reject to receive and inform the shipper to return the item to us. Or call our staff immediately and we will assist you on the return matter. After 3 days of item received, the return request will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the item was confirmed received by us in good condition, the refund procedure will be in placed (executed). However, if the item is not returned as per the original condition such as quantity incorrect or packaging not in original condition, etc., further investigation will be required and refund will be on-hold.
